Brooke, a born and raised Calgarian, completed her law degree (LLB) at the University of New Brunswick and Masters of Laws degree (LLM) at the University of Calgary where she focused her studies on natural resources and aboriginal law. Her final major paper was on coalbed methane. Brooke completed her articles with Rae and Company and now practices in her combined areas of interest.
