Brooke, a born and raised Calgarian, completed her law degree (LLB) at the University of New Brunswick and Masters of Laws degree (LLM) at the University of Calgary where she focused her studies on natural resources and Aboriginal law.

Brooke has appeared before numerous regulatory boards, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Alberta Court of King’s Bench, Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
